Enhanced Cleaning Program

We use Health Canada-approved cleaners in all our shared spaces.
High-touch areas, including all bridge handrails, are frequently and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

You’ll also find hand sanitizer stations throughout the entire experience.

Rigorous Staff Training

Our staff onboarding and training is more rigorous than ever. We are always evolving and improving.
We have established protocols for staff illness reporting and management to help ensure healthy people stay that way.

In our public spaces, you'll see our team helping to ensure we all work together and that everyone flows through the spaces appropriately — with a focus on lineups, in the lobby, and when entering the two bridges.

To limit crowding at the ticket booths, we strongly encourage advanced online reservations.
Additional transmission-reducing tactics include optional personal protective equipment for staff, contactless payment and express check-outs have been applied wherever possible.

We have implemented a special policy that allows you to cancel up to 2 days before your trip for a full refund.
