To ensure it wasn't an equipment failure, we will ask you to complete a secondary health and temperature check. If you still fail this test, you will be provided with a full refund and we hope you'll return to enjoy the experience another day.
No. We have implemented these safety procedures to ensure all of our guests and staff stay healthy. If you wish to enjoy the Maligne Lake Cruise, you must pass the mandatory health and temperature check before your tour begins. Should you wish to not complete the health check, we will issue you with a full refund.
We have implemented these safety procedures to ensure all of our guests and staff stay healthy. If you wish to enjoy the Maligne Lake Cruise, you will be required to wear a face mask at all times during the tour. Should you wish to not wear a face mask, we will issue you with a full refund.

If you have passed the health and temperature check but someone else in your group as failed, we will conduct an interview with the group to determine the best course of action. You may be allowed to continue the tour if we determine the risk is low. Anyone who doesn't pass will be unable to join the experience and will receive a full refund. If you choose not to join the tour due to someone in your group not being able to participate, you will also be provided with a full refund.
