Visit with Confidence

Safety First is our core value, and above everything, our highest priority is the health and well-being of our guests and staff. Here’s what we are doing to increase the safety of our experiences this summer season.

  • Social distancing: Like any great host, we want you to feel comfortable, and we will be adapting the way we operate to ensure our guests have space from each other.
  • Extreme cleaning & sanitation: All gondola cabins, tour boats, hotel rooms, motor coaches and guest and staff spaces will undergo deep cleaning with bleach on a daily and/or hourly basis this summer season.
  • Encouraging Safe Practices: Hand sanitizer stations, staff travel restrictions and reminder signage are just a few of the things that we will be implementing across our experiences to remind guests and staff to do their part in keeping each other safe.
  • Staying informed & connected: We have been and remain in constant communication with community, government and industry organizations and continue to follow all applicable recommendations as they become available.
Temporary Closures & Delayed Openings

With the utmost concern for the health and safety of our communities, staff and guests, we have decided to pause operations and delay seasonal openings for many of our experiences. Due to the rapidly evolving situation around the world, these closures and delays may change. Please check back for the latest updates.
