Yes. A hot lunch buffet will be provided for all guests on the tour at the Columbia Icefield Glacier Discovery Centre.

You will visit several beautiful locations in Banff National Park, including Lake Louise, the Icefields Parkway, Crowfoot Glacier, Bow Lake, Peyto Lake, Columbia Icefield, Glacier Adventure and the Glacier Skywalk.

A camera is recommended as well as dressing in layers appropriate for the weather. You are welcome to bring snacks and drinks with you. If your tour ends in a location different from your departure location, be sure to bring along any necessary luggage.

Make sure you wear layers, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes with grip on the bottom (i.e. sneakers, hiking boots). Sunglasses may come in handy as well as an empty water bottle that you can fill with glacier water if you wish. Also, don't forget your camera!

No. Unfortunately our motor coaches are not wheelchair accessible.

Yes! Our sightseeing tours are a great way for families to experience the Canadian Rockies, with the exception of Taste and Explore, which is suited for guests 18 years and over.

Any children 5 and under sharing a seat with a paying adult will be free. If you require a separate seat for your infant 5 and under, the regular child rate will be charged.

Yes. We ask that you make reservations at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

We have several hotel partners that can accept payment and book your reservation for you. Check with the front desk about this option.

VISA and Mastercard are acceptable methods of payment online. Cash and debit payments are accepted at all Explore Rockies locations.

Full refunds are provided if cancellations are made at least 90 minutes in advance of your scheduled departure time.

These tickets must be purchased in person at least 30 minutes prior to departure and you must provide proof of residency to receive the discount. Some restrictions do apply - please ask when purchasing.

We have an all-new fleet of 56-seat luxury motor coaches that feature large windows providing unobstructed views, onboard washroom facilities, reclining seats, climate controlled temperatures, and onboard refreshments served. You will also have a professionally trained tour guide who has a wealth of information on the local area.

No, WiFi will not be available on any of our sightseeing tours as we will be in areas without reception.

Wildlife sightings are very common in the National Park, but we cannot guarantee animal sightings. There are a lot of bears, moose, elk, big horn sheep, mountain goats, deer and more that share the parks with us and because they are in their natural habitat, their sightings are unpredictable.

Baggage liability is limited to $100 for loss or damage per passenger. We do not recommend leaving any high value items in luggage stored beneath the coaches in the luggage bins.
