Enhanced Cleaning Program

  • We use Health Canada-approved cleaners in all our shared spaces.
  • In our boats, we engage in spot cleaning after each outing and an additional deep clean at the end of each day.
  • You’ll also find hand sanitizer stations throughout the experience, including at our Black Anchor restaurant, on our dock and in our retail store.
  • In staff spaces, we have improved and enhanced our cleaning protocols.

Rigorous Staff Training

  • Our staff onboarding and training is more rigorous than ever. We are always evolving and improving.
  • We have established protocols for staff illness reporting and management to help ensure healthy people stay that way.
  • In our public spaces, you'll see our team helping to ensure we all work together and that everyone flows through the spaces appropriately — particularly at line ups, entrance to the boathouse and on the dock.
  • We are committed to ongoing engagement and collaboration with our industry and governmental partners, ensuring we are aligned in protecting our guests, staff and communities.

Peace of Mind

  • When weather permits, the windows will be down to allow the boat to be fully ventilated.
  • Additional transmission-reducing tactics include optional personal protective equipment for staff and contactless payment options.

Cancellation Policy

We have implemented a special policy that allows you to cancel up to 2 days before your trip for a full refund. Travelling on one of our coaches? Cancel up to 24 hours before for Brewster Sightseeing Tours and up to 90 minutes before for Brewster Express trips.
