Meet Chef David Ryc

Chef David Ryc first started working in restaurants as a teen. After completing his training at the prestigious Humber College, he moved west to apprentice at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. At Farm & Fire, Chef David blends his casual personal style with meticulous professional technique at the rotisserie and wood-fired ovens that are the heart of Farm & Fire's signature menu.

"For me, cooking over fire is the best way to cook," he says. "It just makes the flavour better."
