2019 Cochon555 award winner and executive chef at Sky Bistro, Chef Scott Hergott is Farm & Fire’s culinary grandmaster. Chef Scott is a inspired by mixing fresh local ingredients with a love for nature. At Farm & Fire, he and his team strive to find simplicity in wood-fired dishes.
"Food is more than about what you eat. There's a story to share about where it come from," he says. "This new menu curates the story of our passion for Canadian-sourced ingredients and our love for Canada’s Rocky Mountain wilderness. We're bringing it back to simplicity and our roots."
