Meet Chef Jason Oliver

Chef Jason Oliver’s love of the kitchen began when he was eight years old, baking after-school treats at home. That passion took him to NAIT’s Culinary Arts program where he graduated in 1996. Since then he's honed his skills by working alongside many of the country's most notable chefs. Chef Jason brings creativity to his plates at Farm & Fire, dreaming up innovative dishes made with local, sustainable ingredients to create unique menus.

“I am surrounded by the Canadian Rockies,” he says. “People dream of this opportunity, and I get to live it.”
