Chef Jason Oliver’s love of the kitchen began when he was eight years old, baking after-school treats at home. That passion took him to NAIT’s Culinary Arts program where he graduated in 1996. Since then he's honed his skills by working alongside many of the country's most notable chefs. Chef Jason brings creativity to his plates at Farm & Fire, dreaming up innovative dishes made with local, sustainable ingredients to create unique menus.

After a lovely day of hiking we were starving and could not have found a better dinner spot than Farm and Fire. The food from the wood fire oven was roasted to perfection and portions were generous. [A] dinner to remember.
Chic pared-down decor. Good selection of innovative foods. Good service. We had 2 flatbreads fired in their oven. Simple ingredients done well. Recommend as a relaxing casual spot with a patio ideal for taking in great views of Rundle Mountain.
