Should you wish to not complete the health check, we will issue you with a full refund.

If you have passed the health and temperature check, you will be welcome to participate in the tour. Anyone who doesn't pass will be unable to join the experience and will receive a full refund. If you choose not to join the tour due to someone in your group not being able to participate, you will also be provided with a full refund.
