Enroute to Lake Louise, make a sidetrip into Kootenay National Park for an easy walk along the edge of Marble Canyon, one of the deepest and narrowest canyons in the Rockies. At Lake Louise you can walk along the frozen lakeshore, join your guide for a bit of snowshoeing, rent some ice skates and skate on the lake, or take a horse drawn sleigh ride across the lake and back (skate and sleigh rental not included).
