Banff Jasper Collection

Is there anything better than a summer evening on a patio surrounded by mountains? Bring your favourite people, get a table and slow things down at Banff and Jasper's best patios.

Peak Patio at Banff Gondola: There's no competition for a patio on the roof at the top of a mountain. And Peak Patio not only has incredible sunset views of summits galore, there's also light bites and signature drinks.

Farm & Fire: If you're in town, head over to Banff's newest patio for simple, wood-fired and fresh food. If it's chilly (and yes, it's often chilly here), the firepits will keep you warm.

The View: The top patio in Jasper has to be this one, overlooking spectacular Maligne Lake. Come for lunch or a late afternoon drink and snack, and select from a gourmet locally-inspired menu. It's the ultimate Jasper meal out.

The Pines at Pyramid Lake: Head to The Pines for a mid-day lakeside fuel-up or post-adventure to watch the sky start to dim as you enjoy a Canadian-inspired meal. The namesake peak turns rosy gold, and the night skies can be incredibly clear. This is Jasper's most picturesque year-round dining experience—it's also cozy and stunning in winter.

Good Earth Cafe: Watch the world go by on a big Adirondack chair in the heart of Banff. Located next to the Elk + Avenue Hotel, the Good Earth has classic coffee drinks, light breakfasts, lunches to go and space to mingle and make new friends around the fire pit.

Juniper Bistro: It's slightly out of town, and maybe that's what makes the Juniper so lovely. There are wide views from the casual yet sleek patio, and simple fresh food on the menu.

Earl's: It's where Jasperites gather on a sunny summer afternoon to soak up the scene, and it's right in the heart of town. Come to Earl's for a stellar patio, their classic Caesar and a burger and to feel like you're in the heart of the action.

So cheers to summer adventures and we'll see you this summer on a patio in the beautiful Canadian Rockies.
