Chef Tim Barath's passion for good food runs deep.

During his childhood on a farm, Chef Tim's mother taught him to be deeply connected to the land and its bounty, and to prepare simple, delicious food.

At Maligne Canyon Wilderness Kitchen, he's motivated to express his passion for cooking and for this beautiful place. Chef Tim strives to genuinely connect with people through food.
