Within the town of Banff, we pick up at selected hotels. Click here to see available pick up options.

In Jasper, you can request pick-up or drop-off at select major hotels in town, the Jasper Park Lodge, and the train station.

In Lake Louise, you can request pick-up or drop-off at the Samson Mall depot, the Chateau Lake Louise, Lake Louise Inn, Hostelling International Hostel and the Post Hotel.

In Canmore, you can be picked up or dropped off at the Coast Canmore Hotel (formerly Radisson Hotel).

In Calgary, you can request for pick-up or drop-off at the Calgary International Airport and a selection of downtown hotels.

For Kananaskis transfers, you will be dropped off at the Stoney Nakoda Resort, and the transfer will be completed by the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. Reservations are required.

Our motor coaches will generally pull up curbside or in front of the hotel. Please refer to the front desk of your requested hotel for the exact locations.

We ask that you be ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. For hotel pick-ups, that time can be found on your voucher and can be anywhere from 15-45 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Please note, there might be other stops planned.

If you're flying into Calgary, plan to have 45 minutes for domestic, and 1 hour for international arrivals. This gives you ample time to collect your baggage, pass through customs and check into your departure at the Brewster Express desk.

Please refer to the current schedule for detailed times. Below is an estimated travel time based on the destination and does not include pick-up and drop-off time:

Between Banff and the Calgary International Airport: 1 hour, 45 minutes
Between Banff and Calgary Downtown: 2 hours, 15 minutes
Between Calgary and Lake Louise: 3 hours, 30 minutes
Between Calgary and Jasper: 7 hours
Between Banff and Jasper: 5 hours
Between Lake Louise and Jasper: 3 hours, 30 minutes

We do our best to adhere to our schedule, though unforeseen circumstances can occasionally occur that may cause departures to be delayed. We recommend you select a departure time that will give you ample time to connect to other transfers or flights. Click here for up to date information on airport wait times.

Upon arrival at YYC – After collecting your checked luggage and entering the main arrivals hall, please proceed to the BREWSTER desk. It is located just beside exit door # 5 on the arrivals level.

Guests can catch the next available transfer, if there is available room. If there is no other shuttles available that day you can catch a cab or spend the night in an airport hotel and we’ll refund you the cost of your booking a shuttle the following day. We recommend providing your flight details upon booking so that our staff can anticipate any changes and ensure you will be well accommodated.

In the event that you miss your pick up, you must contact us immediately by phoning 1.866.606.6700. If possible, we may be able to accommodate you on the next available motor coach.

No. Unfortunately our motor coaches are not wheelchair accessible.

Yes. Book your Brewster Express with a return trip and receive 15% off your entire trip. This offer is available online and will be applied automatically.

Any child 5 and under are free when accompanied by an adult.

Yes. Reservations can be made up to 90 minutes prior to departure depending on availability. Reservations made at least 24-hours in advance are recommended to ensure availability and desired departure time.

We have several hotel partners that can accept payment and book your reservation for you. Check with the front desk about this option.

VISA and Mastercard are acceptable methods of payment online. Cash and debit payments are accepted at all Pursuit Adventure Center locations.

Yes, subject to available luggage space. Please ensure that your equipment are transported in their proper protective bags (example, golf clubs in cases, bikes in boxes, etc.). Brewster Express will not be responsible for any damaged equipment or luggage.

All transfers will have pick-ups and drop-offs at various locations.

We do our best to offer Wi-Fi on most services, however due to the limited connectivity in certain mountain regions, some services may have limited or no Wi-Fi available.

Unfortunately, no. To maintain the comfort of all of our guests aboard, we ask that you leave your pets at home.

Cancellations can be made up to 90 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Please contact our Pursuit Adventure Centre at 1.800.760.6934 to request a cancellation.

Brewster Express does not provide travel service between Banff and Jasper during the winter months, however, we can book you on a Sundog Tours' daily transfer. These can be booked up to two days in advance online here or by phoning us on 1.800.760.6934.

Yes. Brewster Express offers a transfer service to Stoney Nakoda Resort. Connecting transfers to Kananaskis are provided by the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge.

Please note: If you are NOT staying at the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, a surcharge for the transfer will apply and is paid directly to the bell desk driver. If transfers to Edmonton are required, these can be booked through Alberta Bus.

Children aged 8 and older may travel on our motor coach unaccompanied, provided that an "Unaccompanied Minor Agreement" has been completed and submitted to one of our ticket agents prior to travel.

Any child under the age of 8 must be accompanied by someone 15 years of age or older.

Unfortunately, we do not reserve seats on our motor coaches. Seating is based on a first-come, first-serve basis.

If you have a request based on special needs, please speak with your driver when you board the motor coach and we will be happy to accommodate you as best we can.

Baggage liability is limited to $500 for loss or damage per passenger. We do not recommend leaving any high value items in luggage stored beneath the coaches in the luggage bins.  

No. Parks Canada requires all adult visitors to Canada’s national parks to buy a permit for the duration of their stay to support visitor services and facilities. Day Passes or a yearly Discovery Pass are available to buy in-person at Parks Canada's park gates and information centres in Banff and Jasper. Admission for youth 17 and under is free.

No, it is not required to print out your voucher.
