From Albertans eager to rediscover the beauty of Banff to first time visitors who’ve dreamt of walking on an ancient glacier in Jasper, picking up a Pursuit Pass makes seeing the best of the Canadian Rockies simple for explorers of all stripes.
We caught up with “adventure mom” Eve Lussier-Roy (@eve.on.the.road) to learn how she used her Pursuit Pass Rockies with her two little explorers, husband and sister in tow. Here are Eve’s tips for getting the most out of your own Banff, Jasper and Golden adventure.
How many days did you spend exploring with your Pursuit Pass?
We managed to do one or two activities per day with the Pursuit Pass. Including a rest day in between, we did a week of exploring.
What was awesome about exploring with a Pursuit Pass?
It offers a chance to see the mountain from a new perspective. The Rockies are so big, and the Pursuit Pass gives you easy access to beautiful landscapes and adventures.
What was your favourite Pursuit Pass attraction?
We really enjoyed everything, but our favourite was Golden Skybridge. Our kids played all day, and we had time to relax — for a parent, that’s absolute gold!
Maligne Lake Cruise. The amazing landscape, the blue water, Spirit Island — everything just made us say “WOW!”
Dedicate a day to each attraction to enjoy it to the fullest.
If you’re only able to come here once in your life, this is the way to see all the essentials. Experience the mountains, the lakes, the views, visit Banff, Jasper and Golden. It’s a taste of everything the Canadian Rockies have to offer.
It allows for a new perspective of your local spot. It really is worth it!
Your water and a smile!
