The Banff Gondola is located at the base of Sulphur Mountain at the end of Mountain Avenue in Banff, Alberta in the heart of the Canadian Rockies.
BANFF GONDOLA SHUTTLE
Enjoy a stress-free ride to and from the Banff Gondola with our complimentary shuttle, included with any same-day, pre-booked ticket. The shuttle runs daily July 1 to September 4, 2023, from downtown Banff. Also available Saturdays and Sundays during spring (May 20 to June 25) and fall (September 9 to October 9).
ROAM TRANSIT LOCAL ROUTE 1
The Banff Gondola is serviced year-round by Bow Valley Roam Public Transit. Present your same-day, pre-booked Banff Gondola ticket between May 20 and October 9, 2023, for free fare to and from Sulphur Mountain. Buses run regularly, with stops along Banff Avenue. DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From Banff Ave, travel south to the end, turn left after the bridge onto Spray Ave. Stay right onto Mountain Ave and follow that to the end where you will find the Banff Gondola parking lot. Please note parking at the Banff Gondola is very limited.

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed within the gondola cabins or building. We do, however, welcome pets on all trails and outdoor areas. Service animals are welcome in all areas of the Banff Gondola when accompanied by their owners. (Appropriate accreditation must be presented on site. Emotional support animals are not permitted.)
