From Edmonton: Head west on Alberta Highway 16 towards the mountains. Follow directly to Jasper. (Total time: 3 hours 50 minutes)
From Calgary: Head west on the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway 1) towards the mountains. Keep driving past Banff. After passing Lake Louise, you’ll turn right onto Alberta Highway 93, also know as the Icefields Parkway. Follow to Jasper. (Total time: 4 hours 45 minutes)
From Banff: Stopped in Banff first? You can continue past Lake Louise to Alberta Highway 93, also known as the Icefields Parkway. It’s a beautiful drive, but make sure to check for road closures if you’re travelling in the winter. (Total time: 3 hours 30 minutes)
From Calgary: Sit back, relax and let Brewster Express do the driving. Comfortable coach trips are available May through October from the Calgary Airport or downtown Calgary. In the winter, connections through Edmonton are required through services like Red Arrow, Rider Express, Cold Shot and The Canada Bus.
From Edmonton: There are several bus transportation options from Edmonton to Jasper, including SunDog Transportation and Tour Co. and Cold Shot.
From Banff: Ride with Brewster Sightseeing and explore along the way, with full-day tours that include Columbia Icefield Adventure admission, a buffet lunch and stunning Icefields Parkway scenery around every corner.
