Fat Bike and Cross Country Ski Trails

Pyramid Trail — Fat Biking

This moderate trail steadily climbs from town all the way to Pyramid Lake (10.8 km return). It is mainly flat packed but will get the lungs going with its 118 metre elevation gain.

Pyramid Fire Road

For the expert and ambitious skier. Gain elevation as you travel this 15 km trail along the shoulder of Pyramid Mountain. Pyramid Fire Road is a moderate trail the first 2 km, difficult the next 3 ½ km, and expert the last 1 km.

Stargazers Lakeside Dinner

Join us for a spectacular Dark Sky and Dinner combination. Delight in a 3-course choice menu at The Pines Restaurant overlooking the frozen shore of Pyramid Lake. Afterwards, you'll head outside to some of the Canadian Rockies' biggest telescopes under beautifully dark skies. Jasper Planetarium's astronomical guides will provide you with the opportunity to stargaze within the second-largest Dark Sky preserve in the world.
