Clients can purchase a block of time (3, 5, 10 up to a maximum of 12 hours of service), which is the duration from ‘Report Time’ to drop-off PLUS any relocation time between our base and the pick-up/drop-off locations.
The quoted or contracted price is final unless otherwise stated (no fuel surcharge or other surprise fees).
For the safety of our guests, drivers do require rest breaks throughout the service day. Clients may charter a motor coach for a maximum of 12 hours of service within a 24 hour period. Drivers abide by HOS Regulations at all times, and it is unlawful to request a driver to exceed the maximum HOS Regulations.
National Parks Passes can be ordered at the Group Rate directly through Brewster at the time of booking to avoid stopping at the Park Gates. Clients will not receive individual park passes.
Provided the service itinerary is consistent with the requirements as set by the Government of Alberta, Brewster will issue a letter authorizing the consumption of liquor on the motor coach.
The client must directly obtain the liquor permit and will be responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning ($200 + GST) related to the consumption of alcohol.
A request for a specific type of motor coach may be applied to the service, however, Brewster reserves the right to substitute equipment and cannot guarantee a specific model.
During Service please call our Dispatch Office at 403.762.6777 (open 7 AM to 3:30 PM MST), and the dispatcher will contact the driver (by radio, as cell phone usage is prohibited while driving). The after-hours service line is 1.800.247.3529.
Yes! A DVD Player is connected to multiple televisions throughout the motor coach. Clients are encouraged to bring DVDs to play on the motor coach for longer trips, as we do not stock a library. iPods and mp3 players can also be connected to Audio Visual systems on board the motor coach.
This is an additional fee to relocate an empty motor coach TO or FROM a Start/End location (outside of Brewster’s home bases of Calgary, Lake Louise or Banff). This is priced on a per hour basis, and is specified on customized quotations.
Driver rooms are required in all locations outside of Calgary, Banff, Lake Louise, and Jasper. Groups are not responsible for the driver’s meals, but can provide them if desired.
Gratuities for the driver are not included in the price and are optional. The customary gratuity amounts are as follows:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to service receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of $250.00 per motor coach.
